The promotion is sponsored by Whaling City Ford ("Sponsor"). Sponsor's clock is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes. METHOD OF ENTRY: Entry must be completed in person at Whaling City Ford. During the Promotional Period, visit Whaling City Ford located at 475 Broad Street, New London, CT 06320 (the"Dealership") during regular business hours and complete the official Sweepstakes registration form provided at the Dealership to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All requested information on the registration form must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Attendance at or submission to a test drive or sales presentation is not required to enter or win. Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Only the first entry into the Sweepstakes by the same person will be accepted. All entry materials become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries will be declared made by the individual who completes the registration form at the Dealership. The authorized entrant may be required to provide proof of identity. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible. Any attempted form of entry other than as described in these Official Rules is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late registration forms, or for lost, damaged, or stolen entry materials. LICENSE. By submitting an entry, entrant grants to Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display entrant's name and likeness, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including, without limitation, for promotional or marketing purposes, without additional compensation, notification or permission, unless restricted by law. The random drawing shall take place on or about January 15, 2027 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all aspects of this Sweepstakes and not subject to appeal. The potential Winners will be contacted by phone or email, within approximately one (1) business day after being selected. Potential Winners will be required to claim his or her prize within two (2) days of the time the winner notification is sent. To claim the prize, the potential Winner must respond as directed in the message sent to potential Winner. Potential Winner may be required to provide additional information to confirm identity and eligibility and also may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require and to see to it that Sponsor is in receipt of such information and documents within two (2) days of being requested to provide the same. In all cases, Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency and age, and the potential Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsor, in its sole discretion, finds that the proof is unsatisfactory. PRIZES.THE TOTAL PRIZE POOL FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS CONTINGENT UPON SPONSOR ACHIEVINGCERTAIN SALES THRESHOLDS DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD, AS FOLLOWS: If five hundred (500) or more qualifying new retail Ford vehicle sales are achieved by Sponsor during the Promotional Period: A Grand Prize Pool of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) will be awarded, consisting of fifty (50) prizes of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each. If fewer than five hundred (500) qualifying new retail Ford vehicle sales are achieved by Sponsor during the Promotional Period: A Total Prize Pool of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) will be awarded, consisting of five (5) prizes of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each. "Qualifying sales" means only new retail Ford vehicle deliveries to end customers during the Promotional Period and specifically excludes: service loaner units, RDR units, fleet sales, dealer trades, wholesale transactions, and any non-retail registrations. Sponsor's sales records shall be the sole and conclusive evidence of the number of qualifying sales achieved. Maximum approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize Pool: $50,000 USD (if sales threshold is met)or $5,000 USD (if sales threshold is not met). The ARV is determined as of the date of the printing of these Official Rules. Prizes will be awarded in the form of cash or check, at Sponsor's discretion.
